03 Mar Lennox Vegas Postcard #16
I was born and raised in the small Quebec town of Lennoxville. If you look at a map today, you might not find it because it was amalgamated with the closest city and is now known as a borough of Sherbrooke. However, it will be Lennoxville to me forever.
This quaint small town is known for Bishop’s University, the Golden Lion microbrewery and pub, and Jerry’s Pizzeria among many other equally important places.
It was in my college years when I first heard the town referred to as “Lennox Vegas”. Because of its young crowd and magical summer nights it is well known for its night life. I designed this postcard featuring a prominent noble lion and the tagline “what happens here becomes legend”, because everyone I have ever met that has been to this town has some legendary story about one epic night there. But for me, it will always be my true home where my roots began to grow.
I am hoping to get some shirts printed with my design. Here is a mockup of a black version on a grey shirt.
