You can argue that the feather has been overdone. However, I love all the positive symbolism that is associated with the feather including freedom, flight, motivation, and inspiration.

When I started my Graphic Design education I didn’t think that I would become an illustrator as my drawing skills were not good. But I am really enjoying trying different illustration styles and am happy about how they are all turning out. If I had never tried to illustrate anything I would never had known how much I enjoy it.

This week I wanted to try a pattern illustration with a feather. I also wanted to include an inspiring quote. Hopefully this postcard can inspire you all to try something new.
